Returns & Refund Policy

What can I return?

Two Daises allows returns and exchanges on full priced items purchased online subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Incorrectly purchased item(s) can be returned for an exchange or online store credit.
  • Faulty or defective item(s) can be returned for an exchange, online store credit or refund.
  • Two Daisies does not accept returns on sale items (exchange, store credit or refund) on any sale items unless deemed faulty.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Process:

  1. Send an email to, invoice number, customer name must be in the email, so we can find you order.
  2. We will review your return and once approved you will receive an email with further instructions on returning your item(s)
  3. Place the item(s) in the original packing, together with your completed returns form, which will be emailed to you upon acceptance.
